𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐢𝐟𝐞
We are overwhelmed with choices and the decisions we have to make on a daily basis. Ranging from small ones such as what to cook, what to eat, when to eat, what to wear, what to say, how to get work done and going about life’s daily chores to big ones such as which city to live, where to work, which school for kids and so on. Things get more complex with multiple people being involved in the decision making, such as family members, peers etc. Managing everyone’s emotions, standards and requirements and still getting the desired work done can be quite daunting. All this requires a significant amount of mental #energy and is thus, tiring. So, we are often plagued with questions such as what do I want from life, where is my life headed, what is my purpose of taking birth, how far am I towards achieving it, what do I want to be and a plethora of such questions.
We generally tend to live a passive life, in survival mode. We tend to focus only on what happens to us, what is in front of us and routine tasks. This leads to lack of clarity, boredom, frustration and discontentment. This increases stress, anxiety, depression and make you feel that you have no control over yourself and your life. To grow in life and be happier, we need to move beyond and figure out the big things too. We need to understand our true purpose in life. Only then can our life become worthwhile and fulfilled.
𝑺𝒐𝒎𝒆 𝒑𝒐𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒔 𝒇𝒐𝒓 𝒊𝒏𝒕𝒓𝒐𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏:
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑚𝑎𝑘𝑒𝑠 𝑦𝑜𝑢 ℎ𝑎𝑝𝑝𝑦: Finding out quality time for self-analysis and introspection is important. Realize all the things that make you happy and give you joy. These can be external or internal things. Learn to go deep within and you will find all the answers. Enhance your self-esteem and the way you think about yourself. That will deeply influence the way people view and regard you.
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑛𝑒𝑒𝑑𝑠: Keep track of your needs at all levels – #physical, #emotional, #social and #spiritual. Make consistent efforts to fulfil them as much as possible. Lower your expectations from others. Be self-sufficient. There is immense potential, peace and solace within you.
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑝𝑒𝑟𝑠𝑜𝑛𝑎𝑙 𝑣𝑎𝑙𝑢𝑒𝑠: We all have a set of core values that define us. These can be anything such as patience, honesty, love, compassion, generosity, integrity, loyalty, family and freedom. We must prefer to live by our principles and life. With our energy and vibrations, we will attract like-minded people who share similar sets of values.
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑝𝑢𝑟𝑝𝑜𝑠𝑒: Be mindful of what gives you a sense of purpose. It can be anything such as volunteering, some hobby, work, family or anything else. Keep devoting time and efforts towards this space in life to improve prospects in this field as well as build yourself.
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑎𝑐𝑡𝑖𝑣𝑖𝑡𝑖𝑒𝑠 𝑡ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑔𝑒𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑐ℎ𝑎𝑟𝑔𝑒𝑑 𝑢𝑝: Realize the activities that get you all charged up and put you into a trance like state that make you lose track of time. Prioritize them in your life and make time for them.
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑖𝑛𝑠𝑝𝑖𝑟𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑜𝑛: Think that if there were no limitations, then what all could you be and achieve. Make conscious efforts to achieve them. Understand that life is dynamic and we play multiple roles every day. We must realize who and what our inspiration is and how that can help us to make our lives better and more meaningful.
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑤ℎ𝑎𝑡 𝑦𝑜𝑢 𝑑𝑜 𝑛𝑜𝑡 𝑤𝑎𝑛𝑡: Understand what all you do not want in your life and avoid them. For example, junk food, toxic people or anything else. This realization can empower you to make better decisions in life and progress your personal and professional goals.
𝐾𝑛𝑜𝑤 𝑦𝑜𝑢𝑟 𝑔𝑟𝑒𝑎𝑡𝑒𝑠𝑡 𝑎𝑐𝑐𝑜𝑚𝑝𝑙𝑖𝑠ℎ𝑚𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠: Reward yourself and be grateful for your accomplishments in life. Relive those feelings of achievement and try to repeat such incidents.
Be willing to work very hard, especially on yourself. Overcome your limitations and limiting beliefs one by one. We must keep trying to become a better person each day. Always be open for learning. Move out of your comfort zone to achieve your goals, such as getting up early in the morning etc. Set up a daily productive routine to maintain a healthy work-life balance. Be more passionate and resilient in life. Be courageous and hungry for your dreams. Do not let anyone tell you that you cannot have everything. It is absolutely alright to fail and embarrass yourself initially. Not being rewarded and recognized for something that gives you a #purpose and #happiness is absolutely okay. Be prepared to make sacrifices to achieve what you want. Do not compare yourself to others. Everyone has a different story and journey. Change is the only constant in life. So, always be open for change. Find solutions and new ways forward.
